摘要
安徽某制药企业污水站,日常运行过程中因冬季气温骤降的恶劣天气以及员工操作不当,导致实际出水水质不能稳定达标。通过提高高浓集水池的集水能力、调配低浓进水方式、在A池中增加潜水搅拌器以及在O池中增加污泥回流系统等技术措施,提高污水站生化工艺的处理能力,确保出水水质COD、氨氮等指标达到污水综合排放标准三级标准,实现稳定达标排放。
During the operation of the sewage station of a pharmaceutical company in Anhui,the actual effluent water quality could not reach the standard steadily due to the severe weather in winter and the improper operation of employees.Technical measures such as improving the water collection capacity of the high-concentration water collection tank,allocating the low-concentration water inlet method,adding a submersible agitator in the A pool,and adding a sludge return system in the O pool,improve the treatment capacity of the biochemical process of the sewage station to ensure The effluent water quality COD,ammonia nitrogen and other indicators have reached the three-level standard of the comprehensive wastewater discharge standard,so as to achieve stable discharge.
