摘要
针对铜陵有色集团控股有限公司金冠铜业分公司净化系统一级动力波洗涤器上部溢流堰,在系统生产过程中频繁出现因进液管及溢流堰口堵塞导致逆喷管温度过高的问题,通过实施溢流堰进液串酸方式改进、进液管道布局优化等一系列优化改进措施,彻底解决了这一生产瓶颈问题。
In response to the problem of upper overflow weir clog of dynamic wave in the purification system of JinGuan Copper Corporation,which caused excessively high temperature of the reverse nozzle due to the blockage of the inlet pipe and overflow weir that happened frequently during production.Through implementation of a series of optimization and improvement measures,such as the change of the acid flow of the overflow weir and the optimization of the layout of inlet pipeline,the bottleneck problem has been completely solved.
