摘要
离心泵在运行当中常常由于实际工况的改变而不能满负荷运转,造成系统效率低,电能消耗大,浪费严重。文章介绍了离心泵变频调速节能的基本原理,结合水处理流程中的应用实例,分析了变频节能的效果,并指出了变频调速实际应用中的注意事项。
The centrifugal pump is often unable to operate at full capacity due to the change of actual operating conditions,whichresults in low system efficiency,large power consumption and serious waste.Combined with the application example of water treatment process,this paper introduces the basic principle of energy saving in frequency control of centrifugal pump,analyzes the effect of frequency conversion on energy saving,and points out the matters needing attention in the practical application of frequency control.
