现代口腔黏贴技术对牙体缺损修复患者的预后影响研究

目的研究现代口腔黏贴技术对牙体缺损修复患者的预后影响。方法前瞻性选取2017年2月至2019年2月河北省承德市口腔医院收治的牙体缺损患者84例,按照随机抽签法将患者分为黏贴组和对照组,每组各42例。2组患者均实施口腔种植修复,黏贴组患者予以Panavia F树脂水门汀进行干预,对照组患者实施富士多功能玻璃离子黏结剂干预。对所有受试者均进行为期1年的随访观察。比较2组患者的临床疗效,牙龈变色、牙龈炎、牙龈出血发生率情况,治疗前后牙菌斑指数(PLI)、探诊深度(PD)、出血指数(BI),以及美观满意度情况。结果黏贴组患者的治疗总有效率(97.62%)高于对照组(83.33%),差异具有统计学意义(χ2=4.974;P<0.05)。随访1年,黏贴组患者的患牙牙龈变色(4.76%)、牙龈炎(2.38%)、牙龈出血发生率(4.76%)均低于对照组[(19.05%)、(19.05%)、(21.43%)],差异具有统计学意义(χ2=4.086、6.098、5.126,P<0.05)。治疗后,黏贴组患者的PLI值(0.62±0.24)、BI值(1.04±0.32)均低于对照组(0.91±0.30)、(1.49±0.47),差异具有统计学意义(t=4.892、5.129,P<0.05)。2组患者的美观满意度(100.00%vs.95.24%)比较,差异无统计学意义(χ2=2.049,P>0.05)。结论Panavia F树脂水门汀应用于牙体缺损修复患者的效果显著,且预后较佳,可显著降低牙龈变色、牙龈炎、牙龈出血发生风险,改善PLI值、BI值,且可获得较为理想的美观满意度。

Objective To study the effect of modern oral paste technology on the prognosis of patients with tooth defect repair.Methods A total of 84 patients with dental defects admitted to Chengde Stomatological Hospital in Hebei Province from February 2017 to February 2019 were prospectively selected.The patients were divided into the paste group and the control group according to the random lottery method,with 42 cases in each group.Oral implant repair was carried out in both groups,intervention was carried out in the control group with Fuji multifunctional glass ionic binder,and intervention was conducted in the paste group with Panavia F resin cement.All subjects were followed up for 1 year.The clinical efficacy,incidence of gingival discoloration,gingivitis and gingival bleeding,plaque index(PLI),probing depth(PD),bleeding index(BI)before and after treatment,and aesthetic satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of pasting group(97.62%)was higher than that of control group(83.33%)(χ2=4.974,P<0.05).The incidence of gingival discoloration(4.76%),gingivitis(2.38%)and gingival bleeding(4.76%)in the paste group was lower than that in the control group[(19.05%),(19.05%),(21.43%)](χ2=4.086,6.098,5.126;P<0.05).After treatment,PLI(0.62±0.24)and BI values(1.04±0.32)in the paste group were lower than those in the control group[(0.91±0.30),(1.49±0.47)](t=4.892,5.129;P<0.05).The aesthetic satisfaction of patients(100.00%vs.95.24%)in the two groups was not significantly compared(χ2=2.049,P>0.05).Conclusion The application of Panavia F resin cement in the restoration of dental defects has a significant effect and a better prognosis.It can significantly reduce the risk of gingival discoloration,gingivitis and gingival bleeding,and improve the value of PLI and BI.And can obtain more ideal aesthetic satisfaction.
