摘要
以羟丙基-β-环糊精(HP-β-CD)作为手性流动相添加剂,对盐酸依替福林对映体进行拆分研究。考察了手性添加剂的浓度、有机修饰剂的含量、流速、pH值等因素对拆分的影响。当流动相为乙腈-水(体积比为25∶75)、HP-β-CD浓度为26mmol·L-1、流速为0.3mL·min-1、pH值为4.08、紫外检测波长为214nm时,盐酸依替福林能够良好分离。
The enantiomeric separation of etilefrine hydrochloride was stuied using the hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin(HP-β-CD)as chiral mobile phase additive.The influences of chiral mobile phase additives concentration,organic modifier concentration,and the flow rate on the enantiomers separation were investigated.The best separation was achieved when the mobile phase consist of acetonitrile-water was 25:75(V/V),26 mmol/L HP-β-CD,the flow rate of 0.3 mL/min,pH=4.08.The detection wavelength was at 214nm.
