一种针对高矿化度的缓蚀剂的制备及性能评价

摘要 针对国内高矿化度的油田污水,单独使用一种缓蚀剂以满足现场缓蚀要求时,存在用量大、成本过高的问题。本文对自制的两种缓蚀剂的缓蚀性能和复配缓蚀效果进行评价。实验结果表明,在饱和CO2的模拟盐水中单独使用,浓度为50mg·L-1时,其平均腐蚀速率<0.076mm·a-1;当两种缓蚀剂与无机缓蚀剂硫脲和亚硫酸氢钠复配后,其质量配比为15∶15∶2∶2时的缓蚀效果最好,浓度为30mg·L-1时,其平均腐蚀速率<0.070mm·a-1,适用于含有CO2、高矿化度的油田污水,在满足现场要求的情况下还可以节约一定的成本。 For the domestic high-salinity oilfield wastewater,when a single corrosion inhibitor was used to meet the requirements of on-site corrosion inhibition,there were problems of large dosage and high cost.This article evaluated the corrosion inhibition performance of two self-made corrosion inhibitors and evaluated the corrosion inhibition effect of their compound.The experimental results showed that when used alone in simulated brine saturated with CO2,the average corrosion rate was less than 0.076 mm/a when the concentration was 50mg/L;when two corrosion inhibitors and inorganic corrosion inhibitors thiourea and sodium bisulfite after compounding,when the mass ratio was 15:15:2:2,the corrosion inhibition effect was the best.When the concentration was 30mg/L,the average corrosion rate was<0.070mm/a,which was suitable for oilfields containing CO2 and high-salinity wastewater,and could save a certain cost when meeting the requirements of the site.
