“三全育人”理念下大学生分级分类教育管理探析 被引量:6

摘要 "三全育人"体现的是多维并进、逐级发展、互补互动、综合融通的教育理念。在"三全育人"理念引领下,有必要针对各年级学生的认知特点和成长规律,针对各类学生的多样化需求和个性化发展因材施教。聚焦"入学教育、学风建设、生涯规划、就业创业"四个年级重点工作,聚力"就业困难、学业困难、心理特情、经济困难"四类重点服务人群,在学生成长的各个环节和阶段给予多角度、多平台、全方位的关爱和服务,培养当代社会所急需的德智体美劳全面发展的综合性人才。 The all-round education holds the ideas of adopting measures in multi-dimensions,making step-by-step development,complementing each other and interacting with each other as well as integrating different courses.Under the guidance of the all-round education,it is necessary to teach students in accordance with their aptitudes since they have different modes of cognition and upbringing which result in their various needs and individuality.Focusing on orientation,creation of learning atmosphere,career planning,employment and startup,which have been intended respectively for freshmen,sophomores,juniors and seniors and going all out to help four types of students who have trouble with employment,studies,mental health and finance,we show concern for students from all angles,on all platforms and provide a comprehensive service to enable them to become versatile through moral,physical,labour and aesthetic education besides classroom teaching,thus fulfilling the social needs.
