摘要
班杜拉社会学习理论主要包括三元交互作用论、观察学习、自我效能感三方面的内容。对幼儿进行道德教育一方面有助于其养成良好的生活、卫生习惯,学习基本的人际交往技巧;另一方面能够引导幼儿逐步明辨是非,塑造良好的行为品格与道德品质。在对班杜拉社会学习理论进行简要介绍的基础上,从关注幼儿的道德背景、道德熏陶、巩固道德感三方面具体阐述该理论对幼儿德育的启示。
Bandura’s social learning theory includes three aspects:ternary interaction theory,observation and learning,and self-efficacy.On the one hand,moral education to children can help them develop good habits,especially practice their personal hygiene and acquire basic interpersonal skills;on the other hand,it can enable children to distinguish right from wrong as well as to display good behavior and form good moral character.This paper gives a brief introduction of Bandura’s social learning theory and expounds the views on the enlightenment of Bandura’s social learning theory to children’s moral education from threeaspects:paying attention to children’s moral background,attaching importance to the influence of the excellent models over children,heightening the moral sense of children.
