叙利亚国家危机产生的三层内因探析

Analysis of the Three Internal Causes of the Syrian National Crisis

叙利亚危机作为一种国际关系现象,其影响源于国内范畴的叙利亚国家危机。叙利亚国家危机的产生有着深刻且层次化的内部诱因。其中,国家身份认同涣散的族群宗派结构以及少数教派垄断政治资源的国家权力结构是危机产生的深层内因;威权体制的日渐衰朽及其引发的各类政治经济和社会问题是危机产生的中层内因;被弱威权体制缺陷放大的严重国内干旱气候灾害及其带来的破坏性影响是危机产生的直接内因。在叙利亚国家危机生成的整个过程中,三层次内因并非各自独立发挥作用,而是交互影响,联动共振,其综合效应而非单一效应最终促成了危机的爆发。

The impact of the Syrian crisis,a phenomenon of international relationship,stems domestically from the national crisis of Syrian.The emergence of the Syrian national crisis has deep and hierarchical internal causes.The deep internal causes of the crisis are the ethnic and sectarian structure of weak national identity and the state power structure with the monopolization of political resources by several religious sects;the second internal causes are the decline of the authoritarian system and the various political,economic,and social problems;and the direct internal cause is the severe domestic climactic disaster of drought and its destructive effect which is magnified by the defects of the weak authoritarian system.In the whole process when the Syrian national crisis is forming,the three internal causes do not function independently,but interact and resonate with each other,and the comprehensive effect,rather than their individual effect,eventually contributes to the outbreak of the crisis.
