摘要
随着计算机与通讯技术的发展,轨道交通类APP应运而生,为人们的出行带来了极大的便利,但在用户体验方面仍存在很大的缺陷。本文通过挖掘地铁乘客的潜在需求,从出行场景出发对用户从进站前、进站后、乘坐中、出站前、出站后的全旅程进行情感分析,基于用户体验理论寻找设计优化突破点,探讨轨道交通类APP的情感化设计流程。这对提高城市轨道交通类APP的用户满意度、对智能化的城市轨道交通建设都具有一定的实践意义。
With the development of computer and communication technology,rail tr ansit APP came into being,bringing great convenience to people's travel,but there a re still big defects in user experience.Based on the potential needs of subway passen gers,this article analyzes the user’s entire journey from before entering,after entering,taking,leaving,and after leaving the station from the travel scene,and looking for b reakthroughs in design optimization based on user experience theory.,To discuss th e emotional design process of rail transit apps.This has certain practical significance for improving the user satisfaction of urban rail transit APP and for the construction o f intelligent urban rail transit.
