摘要
目的:研究优质护理在甲状腺围手术期中的应用。方法:选取2017年10月至2019年10月于我院行甲状腺手术的100例患者作为研究对象,利用随机数字法分为对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=50),对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采用优质护理,对比两组患者护理前后的焦虑程度。结果:两组患者在护理干预前的焦虑程度比较差异不显著(P>0.05),在护理干预后,观察组患者的SAS评分小于对照组患者,差异显著有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在甲状腺围手术期中应用优质护理能够有效改善患者的焦虑程度,有利于术后恢复效果,值得临床推广应用。
objective:to study the application of high-quality nursing in perioperative thyroid surgery.Methods:A total of 100 patients undergoing thyroid surgery in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 were randomly divided into control group(N=50)and Observation Group(N=50),observation Group in the Control Group on the basis of high-quality care,compared with the two groups of patients before and after the degree of anxiety.Results:There was no significant difference in anxiety degree between the two groups before nursing intervention(p>0.05).After nursing intervention,the SAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was significant(p<0.05).Conclusion:The application of high-quality perioperative care in thyroid surgery can effectively improve the anxiety of patients,is conducive to postoperative recovery,worthy of clinical application.
