摘要
中国国家铁路集团有限公司为创新高速铁路基础设施运营维护管理模式,提升高速铁路基础设施养护维修质量和效率效益,推行了高速铁路“工电供融合”改革,现场对技术人才的需求提出了新要求。目前,铁路院校既有的相关专业人才培养课程体系不能满足现场需求。针对这一问题,本文通过对高速铁路综合维修岗位设置、职责和作业项目的分析,深入研究了工务、电务、供电专项作业及联合作业的技能需求,并与课程内容融合对接,形成一套满足高速铁路综合维修技能需求的人才培养课程体系,具有较强的现实意义和推广价值。
In order to innovate the operation and maintenance management mode of high-speed railway infrastructure and improve the maintenance and repair quality and efficiency of high-speed railway infrastructure,China State Railway Group Co.,Ltd.has implemented the reform of"Integration of Track,Communication&Signaling and Power Supply"of high-speed railway,and put forward new requirements for the demand of technical personnel on the site.At present,the existing training curriculum system for related professionals in railway colleges and universities cannot meet the on-site needs.In response to this problem,based on the analysis of post setting,responsibilities and operation items for comprehensive repair of high-speed railway,the skills needs of special operations and joint operations for track,communication&signaling and power supply are deeply researched,and integrated with the curriculum contents,to form a set of personnel training curriculum system that meets the skills needs for comprehensive repair of high-speed railway,with strong practical significance and promotion value.
