摘要
基于我国高职院校生源复杂性、差异性现状发展与特点,提出通过调动学生学习主动性,依据生源差异化匹配学习小组,依托信息技术平台注入丰富的教学资源,实现学生自主学习和互帮互助学习等教学策略,实现不同层次水平学生在专业发展、课程学习的积极性、知识的掌握及能力的发展等方面均有所提高。
Based on the current development and characteristics of the complexity and diversity of student sources in higher vocational colleges in China,this paper proposed the teaching measuresto mobilize students’learning initiative,match learning groups based on student source differentiation,and rely on the information technology platform to inject rich teaching resources to realize students’independent learning and learning.Teaching strategies such as mutual help and learning,realize that students of different levels have improved in professional development,enthusiasm for curriculum learning,knowledge mastery,and ability development.Through the differentiated teaching reform and implementation of courses,good practical results have been achieved.
