循证护理在重症急性胰腺炎患者临床护理中的应用效果分析

Analysis of application effect of evidence-based nursing in clinical nursing of patients with severe acute pancreatitis

目的:探讨并分析对重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)患者进行循证护理的效果。方法:选择2017年11月至2018年12月期间溧阳市人民医院收治的46例SAP患者作为研究对象。随机将这些患者分为研究组(n=23)与对照组(n=23)。对两组患者均进行对症治疗,在此期间分别采用循证护理模式与常规护理模式对研究组患者与对照组患者进行护理,然后比较两组患者尿淀粉酶和血清淀粉酶的水平、治护的效果及并发症的发生率。结果:治护后,研究组患者尿淀粉酶和血清淀粉酶的水平均低于对照组患者,P<0.05。研究组患者治护的总有效率高于对照组患者,治护后其并发症的发生率低于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论:对SAP患者进行循证护理能显著改善其尿淀粉酶和血清淀粉酶的水平,降低其并发症的发生率。

Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of evidence-based nursing for patients with severe acute pancreatitis(SAP).Methods:46 SAP patients admitted to Liyang People’s Hospital from November 2017 to December 2018 were selected as study subjects.These patients were randomly divided into study group(n=23)and control group(n=23).Symptomatic treatment was given to patients in both groups.During this period,evidence-based nursing mode and conventional nursing mode were used to care the patients in the study group and the control group respectively.Then,the levels of urine amylase and serum amylase,therapeutic effect and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of urine amylase and serum amylase in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment and care in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of complications after treatment and care was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Evidence-based nursing can significantly improve the level of urine amylase and serum amylase and reduce the inciden ce of complications in SAP patients.
