摘要
基于某纯电动汽车辐射抗扰过程中车辆无法正常运行问题,利用射频抗扰音/视频、网络监控系统对监控数据进行分析,定位到问题零部件DC/DC。通过对DC/DC部件内部构成以及输出波形分析,从而进一步完成了零部件级问题定位,确定在控制线路控增加缓冲器的整改优化方案。优化后的DC/DC在通过部件级EMC测试后,进行了整车辐射抗扰验证测试,最终通过了整车辐射抗扰测试,达到了企业标准75V/m、100V/m抗扰等级要求。
Based on the problem that the vehicle cannot run normally during the radiation disturbance rejection process of a pure electric vehicle.The monitoring data is analyzed by using radio frequency disturbance rejection/video and network monitoring system.Finally the problem component DC/DC is located.Through the analysis of the internal composition and output waveform of DC/DC components,the positioning of the component level problem was further completed.The rectification and optimization scheme of adding buffer in the control line was determined.The optimized DC/DC passed the parts-level EMC test,then the vehicle radiation immunity verification test was carried out and the vehicle radiation immunity test was finally passed,reaching the enterprise standard of 75V/m and 100V/m.
