A Method of Automatic Calculation of Loading for Pure Electric Vehicle

实现自动计算载货质量功能既可以防止车辆误超载,又便于车辆生产厂家针对车辆的使用工况进行分析。目前现有车辆的称重方法是通过车辆上增加传感器,依靠控制器采集传感器信号来判断整车载货质量。本文提供一种针对纯电动汽车自动计算载货质量的方法,无需增加任何硬件,仅通过整车控制器对车辆速度、电机控制器反馈扭矩等整车信息进行计算,最终确定整车载货质量。

The automatic calculation of the loading can not only prevent the vehicle from overloading,but also facilitate the vehicle manufacturers to analyze the operating conditions of the vehicle.At present,the existing weighing method of the vehicle is to add sensors on the vehicle and collect the sensor signal by the controller to judge the loading of the vehicle.This paper provides a method for the automatic calculation of loading of pure electric vehicles.This method do not need to add any hardware.It only through the vehicle speed,the feedback torque of MCU and other vehicle information to finally determine the vehicle loading.
