整车下线EPS刷写偶发性失败问题分析与方案优选

摘要 整车下线过程需要根据UDS协议对整车模块进行数据刷写,ECU数据刷写目的主要是解决软件开发过程中的bug问题或者写入标定数据。针对江铃某项目生产线下线过程中EPS模块刷写偶发失败案例,详细阐述EPS模块刷写流程,同时深入分析各种刷写失败的原因,并从下线流程的角度梳理整个问题失败的根本原因,最后给出3种解决EPS模块刷写偶发失败问题的优化方案。综合对比分析表明:调整下线流程策略是解决EPS模块刷写失败问题的最佳方案。 The vehicle end of line(EOL)process needs to brush the data of the whole vehicle module according to the UDS protocol.The purpose of ECU data brush is to solve the bug problem or write the calibration data in the software development process.In the production stage of a project in Jiangling,there is the problem of EPS module brush occasional failure.Taking the failure as example,the process of EPS module brush writing is described in detail.This paper deeply analyzes the causes of each brush failure,and identified the root causes of the whole failure from the perspective of the EOL process.Finally,three optimization solutions are given to solve the problem of EPS module brush failure.The comprehensive comparative analysis shows that:adjusting the offline process strategy is the best solution to the problem of EPS module brush failure.
