基于平均故障间隔里程的汽车测试性分配方法

摘要 测试性是汽车的一个重要设计特征,影响着汽车装备的工作状态能不能及时、准确地被确定,内部故障能不能被隔离。测试性分配作为测试性设计的重要内容之一,在测试性设计中起着非常重要的作用。本文以某重型越野汽车测试性指标分配为例,介绍一种基于平均故障间隔里程的汽车测试性分配方法:依据车辆的平均故障间隔里程指标,计算系统的平均故障率;按专家评分法对系统的平均故障率进行分配;根据故障率高的部件应分配较高的自动故障检测率和故障隔离率原则对车辆的测试性指标进行分配;最后通过车辆的测试性验证试验对测试性分配方法的有效性进行验证。该方法对汽车装备的测试性设计人员有一定的参考价值。 Testability is an important design feature of automobile,which affects whether the working condition of automobile equipment can be determined in time and accurately,and whether the internal failure can be isolated.Testability allocation,as one of the important contents of testability design,plays a very important role in the design.Taking the testability index allocation of a heavy-duty off-road vehicle as example,this paper introduces a testability allocation method based on mean miles between failures about automobile.According to the mean miles between failures,it is calculates the average failure rate of the system,and allocates the system average failure rate on the basis of experts grading method.The vehicle testability indicators is allocated based on the principle that,assign higher fault detection rate and fault isolation ratethe high failure rate components.Finally,the validity of the test assignment method is verified by the testability test of the vehicle.This method has certain reference value for the testing designers of automobile equipment.
