摘要
该文采用钢渣砂为细集料,5~16mm与16~31.5mm的钢渣为粗集料,分别对强度为2.5MPa底基层与强度为3.5MPa的基层两种配合比进行设计,通过击实试验分别确定了最佳含水率和最大干密度。同时,对重庆市沙坪坝区西部现代物流园仓储加工片区横二路进行了路面基层与底基层试验路的铺筑,并检测了试验路的回弹弯沉、压实度、无侧限抗压强度。结果表明,通过水泥稳定钢渣所铺筑的路面基层与底基层的整体路用性能良好。
With steel slag sand as fine aggregate,and steel slag of 5~16mm and 16~31.5mm as coarse aggregate,the two mix ratios of the subbase with a strength of 2.5 MPa and the base with strength of 3.5 MPa were designed.The best moisture content and the maximum dry density were determined through compaction tests.At the same time,the pavement base and subbase test roads were paved for Heng'er Rd.in the western modern logistics park area of Shapingba District,Chongqing City,and the rebound deflection,degree of compaction,and unconfined compressive strength of the test road were tested.The results showed that the pavement base and subbase with cement stabilized steel slag show good road performance.
