十一烷基羧甲基羟乙基咪唑啉的复配研究

摘要 十一烷基羧甲基羟乙基咪唑啉(MZL)是一类温和的两性表面活性剂,用MZL分别与月桂酰丙氨酸钠(SLA)、烷基糖苷0810(APG)、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠(AES)进行复配,测定了复配体系的乳化性能、表面活性、泡沫性能、润湿性能。结果表明,MZL的乳化性能仅次于APG,MZL的表面活性优于其他3种表面活性剂。MZL分别与SLA、APG复配,比例为2:3和3:2时,复配体系表面张力相近,说明MZL/SLA、MZL/APG复配体系表现出良好的协同增效作用;MZL的发泡性能仅次于AES,MZL和SLA复配后,体系比例为4:1时起泡和稳泡方面都表现优异;MZL的润湿效果较差,与SLA、AES、APG复配之后,MZL的润湿性能得到了明显改善,润湿时间显著缩短,与SLA复配体系的润湿效果最好。 Undecyl carboxymethyl hydroxyethyl imidazoline(MZL)is a kind of mild amphoteric surface active agent,The blends of MZL separately with sodium N-lauroylalanine(SLA),alkyl polyglucoside 0810(APG),sodium polyethoxy fatty alcohol sulfate(AES)were prepared,their emulsification performance,surface activity,foam performance and wetting performance of the monomer and compound system were investigated.Results show that the emulsification performance of monomer MZL is next to that of APG;the surface activity of monomer MZL is better than the other three surfactants.MZL is compounded with SLA and APG respectively,and the compounding ratio is 2:3 and 3:2 When the surface tension of the compound system is similar,it shows that the compound system of MZL,SLA and APG shows a good synergistic effect;the foaming performance of the monomer MZL is next to AES.After the compounding of MZL and SLA,the system ratio is 4:1 Excellent performance in foaming and foam stabilization;the wetting effect of monomer MZL is poor.After compounding with SLA,AES and APG,the wetting performance of MZL has been significantly improved,and the wetting time has been significantly shortened,and the wetting effect of the SLA compound system is the best.
