中药泡洗结合针灸推拿康复治疗脑梗死后肩手综合征的研究

Study on the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine immersion and washing combined with acupuncture and moxibustion on the treatment of shoulder-hand syndrome after cerebral infarction

目的:分析中药泡洗联合针灸推拿康复治疗脑梗死后肩手综合征的疗效。方法:选取济南市中西医结合医院收治的74例脑梗死后肩手综合征患者为试验样本,所选病例均来自2018年3月-2019年5月,分组以随机抽签的方式进行,对照组37例给予常规康复治疗,观察组37例在对照组的基础上应用中药泡洗+针灸推拿康复治疗,就其疗效进行比较。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率94.6%(35/37)较之对照组75.7%(28/37)更高,数字疼痛强度量表(Numerical Rating Scale,NRS)评分较之对照组更低,Fugl-Meyer评分和生活质量评分较之对照组更高,两组对比(P<0.05)。结论:对脑梗死后肩手综合征患者应用中药泡洗联合针灸推拿康复治疗可取得很好的临床疗效,能显著改善其疼痛症状,提高其肢体运动能力和生活质量。

Objective:To analyze the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine immersion and washing combined with acupuncture and moxibustion on the treatment of shoulder-hand syndrome after cerebral infarction.Methods:74 patients with shoulderhand syndrome after cerebral infarction treated in Jinan Integrated Hospital of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from March 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the test samples.Grouping was performed by random drawing.37 patients in the control group were given routine treatment.37 patients in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine immersion and washing combined with acupuncture and moxibustion rehabilitation therapy on the basis of the control group,and their efficacy was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group 94.6%(35/37)was higher than that in the control group 75.7%(28/37).The NRS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group.The Fugl-Meyer score and quality of life score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The treatment of traditional Chinese medicine immersion and washing combined with acupuncture and moxibustion can achieve good clinical effect in the treatment of shoulder-hand syndrome after cerebral infarction,which can significantly relieve their pain symptoms,improve their limb movement capacity and quality of life.
