抑木扶土法治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征肝郁脾虚证的探析

中医学认为肝、脾关系密切,在病理、生理上相互影响,故以此探究抑木扶土法机理及腹泻型肠易激综合征的病因病机,认为抑木扶土法治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征,体现了肝脾同治,标本同治的中医特色治疗大法。同时结合临床医者治疗经验,此法可改善腹泻型肠易激综合征患者肠道功能,提高生活质量,值得临床广泛应用。

In traditional Chinese medicine,the liver and spleen are closely related and affect each other pathologically and physiologically,so the mechanism of the method of restraining wood and supporting earth and the etiology and pathogenesis of diarrheatype irritable bowel syndrome are explored.It is believed that the method of restraining wood and supporting earth for diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome reflects the characteristic treatment of liver and spleen.Combined with clinical experience,this method can improve the intestinal function of patients with diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome and improve the quality of life.It is worthy of clinical wide application.
