基于子午流注纳子法理论热奄包外敷对缓解腰椎骨折患者便秘的效果研究

Study on the effect of external application of hot embedding bag to relieve constipation in patients with lumbar vertebral fracture based on midnight-noon flow infusion Nazi method

目的:应用子午流注纳子法指导辨证取穴应用热奄包外敷缓解腰椎骨折患者便秘的临床疗效。方法:将120例腰椎骨折患者随机分为对照组60例和观察组60例,对照组给予常规护理方法。观察组在入院后应用子午流注纳子法,选取在大肠经最活跃的时间6:30进行辨证取穴,应用热奄包外敷治疗。统计两组患者的临床疗效,并比较患者的便秘症状积分、便秘患者生活质量的改善情况。结果:临床疗效总有效率观察组为96.67%(58/60),对照组为80.00%(48/60),两组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01);治疗后,两组的便秘症状积分均有所下降(P<0.05),且观察组的便秘症状积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组的便秘患者生活质量自评问卷评分均有所下降(P<0.05),且观察组的生活质量自评问卷(Patient Assessment of Constipation Quality of Life Questionnaire,PAC-QOL)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用子午流注纳子法指导辨证取穴应用热奄包外敷缓解腰椎骨折患者便秘的临床疗效显著。

Objective:Application of midnight-noon flow infusion Nazi method is made to guide the clinical efficacy of point selection based on syndrome differentiation and external application of hot embedding bag to relieve constipation in patients with lumbar vertebral fracture.Methods:120 patients with lumbar vertebral fracture were randomly divided into the control group(60 cases)and the observation group(60 cases).The control group was given routine nursing methods.After admission,the observation group was treated with meridian flow injection method,and the acupoints were selected at 6:30,which is the most active time of large intestine meridians,and the external application of hot embedding bag was used.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was counted,and the score of constipation symptoms and the improvement of quality of life(QOL)of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate was 96.67%(58/60)in the observation group and 80.00%(48/60)in the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).After treatment,the constipation symptom score of the two groups decreased(P<0.05),and the constipation symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the patient assessment of constipation quality of life questionnaire(PAC-QOL)score of the two groups decreased,and the PAC-QOL score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,so the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of midnight-noon flow injection Nazi method to guide the selection of points based on syndrome differentiation and external application of heat pack to alleviate constipation in patients with lumbar vertebral fracture has a remarkable clinical effect.
