耳穴埋豆与乳房穴位按摩联合应用于产妇乳汁分泌效果促进的观察研究

Observation and study on the effect of ear acupoint burying bean and breast acupoint massage on the secretion of maternal milk

目的:评价耳穴埋豆+乳房穴位按摩对促进产妇乳汁分泌的效果。方法:选择威海市妇幼保健院收治的80例产后缺乳患者为试验对象,病例均选自2017年10月-2019年6月,分组以随机双盲法进行,按照抽签法进行分组,对照组40例行常规产后护理,观察组40例在对照组的基础上应用耳穴埋豆+乳房穴位按摩干预,就其临床疗效和产后泌乳始动时间进行比较。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率95.0%(38/40)较对照组80.0%(32/40)更高,产后泌乳始动时间较之对照组更短,乳房胀痛程度轻于对照组,两组相比P<0.05。结论:对产后缺乳患者应用耳穴埋豆联合乳房穴位按摩干预可取得显著效果,可有效缩短其产后泌乳始动时间。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of auricular acupoint buried beans+breast acupoint massage on the secretion of maternal milk.Methods:80 patients with postpartum lactation admitted to Weihai Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected as subjects.The cases were selected from October 2017 to June 2019.The patients were randomly divided into two groups.The groups were divided according to the lottery method and the control group with 40 cases received routine postpartum care,40 patients in the observation group were treated with auricular acupoints and breast acupoint massage on the basis of the treatment of the control group,and their clinical efficacy and postpartum lactation start time were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group 95.0%(38/40)was higher than that in the control group 80.0%(32/40).The postpartum lactation start time was shorter than that of the control group,and the degree of breast tenderness was lighter than that of the control group.P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of auricular acupuncture combined with breast acupoint massage intervention can achieve significant results in postpartum lactation patients,which can effectively shorten the postpartum lactation start time.
