夏敏穴位埋线联合健脾消痰汤治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征经验

Xia Min's experience in the treatment of obese polycystic ovary syndrome with acupoint catgut embedding combined with JianPi Xiaotan decoction

目的:总结夏敏针药结合诊治肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征的经验,为临床提供不同的诊疗思路和合理用药的指导,同时推广其学术思想。方法:通过跟随夏敏主任临诊,整理临床相关病例资料,总结其关于针药结合诊治肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征(Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome,PCOS)的学术思想及临床经验,并附验案举隅。结果:夏敏主任认为脾虚痰湿为肥胖型PCOS的主要病机,针对本病发生的重要环节—脾虚,提出“从脾论治”肥胖型PCOS;本着内外同治、针药结合的思想,配合穴位埋线治疗该病;从中医整体思维出发提出病症相参、分龄论治。结论:夏敏主任穴位埋线联合健脾消痰汤治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征疗效肯定,值得学习和体会。

Objective:To summarize the experience of Xia Min's combination of acupuncture and medicine in the diagnosis and treatment of obese polycystic ovary syndrome,and to provide clinical guidance for different diagnosis and treatment ideas and rational drug use,at the same time to promote its academic ideas.Methods:By following Director Xia Min's clinical consultation and sorting out relevant clinical case data,his academic thoughts and clinical experience on the combination of acupuncture and medicine in the diagnosis and treatment of obese PCOS were summarized,and some cases were attached.Results:Director Xia Min believed that spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness were the main pathogenesis of obese PCOS.In view of that spleen deficiency was an important part of the occurrence of this disease,he proposed to"treat obese PCOS from the perspective of spleen".Under the guidance of the idea of internal and external treatment,combination of acupuncture and medicine and acupoint catgut embedding treatment was applied;Based on the holistic thinking of traditional Chinese medicine,this paper puts forward the theory of disease coherence and age classification.Conclusion:Xia Min director's acupoint catgut embedding combined with JianPi Xiaotan decoction(健脾消痰汤)is positive in the treatment of obesity type polycystic ovary syndrome,it is worthy of learning and experiencing.
