手术与保守方式治疗连枷胸的临床效果比较 被引量:1

COMPARISON OF CLINICAL EFFECTS BETWEEN OPERATION AND CONSERVATIVE TREATMENT OF FLAIL CHEST

摘要 目的探讨连枷胸的治疗方法。方法选取80例连枷胸患者,按自愿原则分成手术组和保守组,各40例。保守组采用传统治疗方式,包括胸带外固定、抗炎、化痰等;手术组采取肋骨切开复位内固定术。结果手术组住院时间、镇痛药物使用时间、VRS评分及并发症发生率均低于保守组(P<0.01),临床治愈率及住院费用高于保守组(P<0.01)。结论肋骨切开复位内固定术是连枷胸的最佳治疗方式。 Objective To explore the treatment of flail chest.Methods Eighty patients with flail chest were selected and divided into one operation group and one conservative group according to the principle of voluntary,with 40 cases in each group.The conservative group used traditional treatment methods,including chest band external fixation,anti-inflammatory,and phlegm reduction.The operation group took open reduction and internal fixation of ribs.Results The hospitalization time,analgesic use time,VRS score,and complication rate of the operation group were lower than those of the conservative group(P<0.01),and the clinical cure rate and hospitalization expenses were higher than those of the conservative group(P<0.01).Conclusion Open reduction and internal fixation of ribs are the best treatment for flail chest.
