PDCA循环在新冠疫情下非定点医院医学影像科感染防控的研究

A STUDY ON THE PREVENTION AND CONTROL OF INFECTION IN THE MEDICAL IMAGING DEPARTMENT OF NON-DESIGNATED HOSPITALS UNDER COVID-19 EPIDEMIC

目的探讨提升影像科感染防控效果的方法。方法随机抽取本院影像科12名医务人员,对其实施PDCA循环法培训,培训前后分别采用通过问卷调查及实践考核,评估相关指标的变化情况。结果与实施PDCA循环前比较,实施后预约分诊流程执行率、个人防护用品穿戴、洗手步骤、手细菌总数、室内空气消毒合格率均有提升(χ2=4.04~13.91,P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环法能有效提升影像科感染防控效果。

Objective To explore ways to improve the effectiveness of infection prevention and control in imaging departments.Methods Twelve medical workers in the imaging department of our hospital were randomly selected and trained in the PDCA cycle method.Questionnaire surveys and practical assessments were used before and after the training to evaluate the changes in related indicators.Results Compared with the data before the implementation of the PDCA cycle,the implementation rate of appointment and triage process,personal protective equipment wearing,hand washing steps,total number of hand bacteria,and indoor air disinfection qualification rate increased after implementation(χ2=4.04-13.91,P<0.05).Conclusion The PDCA cycle method can effectively improve the infection prevention and control effect of the imaging department.
