摘要
当前,地方本科高校纷纷向应用型转变,管理人员作为高校人才队伍中的重要群体,是推动地方高校向应用型转变的关键力量之一,所存在的激励问题应当引起重视。通过分析转型发展背景下管理人员的激励逻辑起点,指出当前管理人员存在的激励问题,并根据双因素理论进一步探索管理人员的激励路径选择。
Under the background of tansformation development,administration staff,as an important group of colleges and universities,are one of the key forces to promote the tansformation development.The existing incentive problems should be paid attention to.Based on the analysis of the tansformation development,this paper puts forward the logical starting point of the motivation problem of administration staff,analyses the current motivation problem of administration staff,and further explores the path selection of the motivation of administration staff.
