高校隐性感恩教育资源开发利用的原则与策略

Principles and Strategies for the Development and Utilization of Implicit Gratitude Educational Resources in Universities

面对当前部分大学生缺乏感恩意识、高校面临感恩教育资源匮乏等问题,开发和利用好隐性感恩教育资源,能在提升大学生接受程度、丰富教育手段、增强感恩教育实效等方面发挥积极作用。文章立足隐性教育方式,明确了隐性感恩教育的优势和隐性感恩教育资源开发利用的意义,研究了高校开发利用隐性感恩教育资源的原则与策略,并提出高校可在媒体宣传、公益实践、校园文化、规章制度四个方面充分开发利用隐性感恩教育资源。

Gratitude education is the key content of Ideological and political education and moral education in Colleges and universities.Currently,in the face of the lack of gratitude consciousness of college students and the lack of gratitude educational resources in Colleges and universities,the development and utilization of implicit gratitude education resources can play a positive role in improving the acceptance of College students,enriching education means and enhancing the effectiveness of gratitude education,and can effectively serve the training of high quality talents.Based on the implicit education mode,this paper defines the advantages of implicit gratitude education and the significance of the development and utilization of implicit gratitude educational resources,studies the principles and Strategies of the development and utilization of that resources in Colleges and universities,and proposes that colleges and universities can fully develop and utilize implicit gratitude educational resources in four aspects:media publicity,public welfare practice,campus culture,rules and regulations.
