摘要 1394B总线具有灵活性高、带宽大、可扩展性强等特点,应用于机载网络具有很大优势。为满足航空网络对数据传输低时延、高可靠的需求,SAE组织基于IEEE 1394b引入了AS5643协议,通过对1394B协议的扩展、约束,实现了1394B总线机载化。文中基于AS5643协议开发了适用于航空网络的双路1394B子卡,两路1394B共用电源电路及PCIe主机接口电路,在满足双路1394B通信功能的前提下尽可能减少元器件开支,实现了产品小型化、低成本、低功耗、重量轻的特点;速率S100B\S200B\S400B可配,提供PCIe主机接口,提供标准软硬件接口函数,扩展了产品的使用环境,降低了设计、维护成本。文中同时给出了子卡测试方法,对1394B产品设计生产具有一定参考价值。 1394B bus has the characteristics of high flexibility,wide bandwidth and strong scalability,so it has great advantages in airborne network.In order to meet the requirements of airborne network for low delay and high reliability of data transmission,SAE organization introduces AS5643 protocol based on IEEE 1394B.Through the extension and restriction of 1394B protocol,the 1394B bus can be successfully used in airborne network.In this paper,based on AS5643 protocol,a dual 1394B product is developed,which is suitable for airborne network.Two 1394B bus share power supply circuit and the interface circuit.On the premise of meeting the requirement of two 1394B communication,the cost of components is reduced as much as possible,and the features of miniaturization,low cost,low power consumption and light weight are realized.The speed S100B/S200B/S400B of the product can be configured and can provide the interface of PCIe.Also the product can provide the standard interface of software and hardware which can expand the use environment.At the same time,the test method of product is introduced,which has a certain reference value for the design and production of 1394b products.
