Discussion on Personal Information Protection under Big Data Environment

在以信息技术作为代表性特征的第三次工业革命时代背景之下,互联网信息技术的高速发展,使得各类用户在日常生活过程中对网络技术的依赖程度和运用水平,呈现出了持续提升的变化趋势,在具体使用互联网技术过程中生成了数量众多的数据信息。在大数据时代背景之下,互联网用户个人信息数据的泄露问题正在呈现出持续增加的变化趋势,在一定程度上给互联网用户的人身安全和财产安全均造成了较为严重的不良影响和危害。文章基于大数据环境下,从用户、社会、国家三方面对个人信息保护策略展开分析探讨。

Under the background of the third industrial revolution era with information technology as the representative feature,the high speed and high quality development of Internet information technology has induced all kinds of users to rely on and use the network technology continuously in the process of daily life,and then induced the generation of a large number of data information in the process of specific use of Internet technology.Under the background of big data era,the disclosure of personal information data of Internet users is showing a trend of continuous increase,which to some extent has caused serious adverse effects and hazards to the personal safety and property safety of Internet users.Based on the big data environment,this paper analyzes and discusses the personal information protection strategy from three aspects:user,society and country.
