摘要
环保技术的变革,从而使一直以来的"数字环保"转变成"智慧环保",在这一次转折中物联网则起到了一个奠定基础的作用。文章分析了智慧环保体系建设必要性,比较了传统云计算技术与区块链技术在智慧环保体系建设中的区别,重点分析了区块链技术在智慧环保体系构建中的优势和作用;其次基于区块链技术,围绕智慧环保体系目标,构建了包括综合管理系统和应急管理系统在内的智慧环保管理体系,最后,基于公众参与视角,提出智慧环保体系的实施和推进路径。
With the change of environmental protection technology,the"digital environmental protection"has been transformed into"smart environmental protection",in this turning point,the Internet of Things has played a role in laying the foundation.This paper analyzes the necessity of building a smart environmental protection system,compares the differences between traditional cloud computing technology and block chain technology in building a smart environmental protection system,and focuses on analyzing the advantages and functions of block chain technology in building a smart environmental protection system.Secondly,based on the block chain technology,a smart environmental management system including integrated management system and emergency management system is built around the goal of smart environmental protection system.Finally,based on the perspective of public participation,the implementation and promotion path of the intelligent environmental protection system is proposed.
