关于华东区域电网“两个细则”对安徽新能源场站影响的分析与研究

Analysis and Study on the Impact of“Two Rules”of East China Regional Power Grid on Anhui New Energy Station

随着风电、光伏新能源产业的快速崛起,新能源装机容量的快速增加为电网的安全、稳定运行带到较大考验,如何做好新能源场站的并网运行管理显得尤为重要。文章将通过对华东区域已发布并正式运行的新版电网"两个细则"重点条文进行解读分析,对当前在安徽区域已落地执行的考核条款执行情况进行研究,从而对新能源场站参与华东区域"两个细则"提供意见及建议。

With the rapid rise of wind power and photovoltaic new energy industry,the fast increase of installed capacity of new energy brings a big test to the safe and stable operation of power grid.How to do a good job in the grid-connected operation management of new energy farms and stations is particularly important.By interpreting and analyzing the key provisions of the"Two Rules"of the new version of the power grid which has been published and officially operated in East China,this paper will study the implementation of the current assessment terms which have been implemented in Anhui area,so as to provide comments and suggestions for new energy stations to participate in the"Two Rules"of East China.
