Research on Domestic Wastewater Treatment System of Smart City Based on Stakeholder Perspective

识别出生活污水处理智慧化参与者及其参与方式与需求。从信息困境与参与困境两方面分析了城市生活污水处理利益相关者协调困境,并论述了协调机制。初步建立了智慧城市生活污水处理系统框架,提出其目标与内容。为城市生活污水处理提供了一种智慧化解决方案。

The intelligent participants of domestic sewage treatment and their participation methods and needs are identified.This paper analyzes the coordination dilemma of stakeholders in urban domestic sewage treatment from two aspects:information dilemma and participation dilemma,and discusses the coordination mechanism.The framework of the smart city domestic sewage treatment system is initially established,and its goals and contents are proposed,which provides a smart solution for urban domestic sewage treatment.
