摘要
文章结合寰宇花园项目超高层施工过程中型钢混凝土结构实例,参考12SG904-1型钢混凝土钢筋排布及构造详图和混凝土结构施工的性能特点,从安全及主体施工过程中质量风险控制、施工工艺等方面详细地剖析了超高层型钢混凝土结构在施工过程中,会遇到的主要施工技术问题和施工重难点,总结并针对性地提出了各种合理化施工技术问题以及解决对策和方法,形成了本项目型钢混凝土的主体结构施工的重点和关键技术。
In this paper,the steel reinforced concrete structure in the super-tall building construction process of Universal Garden project is taken as an example,and the reinforcement arrangement and structural details of 12 SG904-1 section steel concrete and the performance characteristics of concrete structure construction are referred.From the safety and quality of the main body in the construction process of risk control,construction technology and other aspects,this paper analyzes in detail the main construction technical problems and key construction difficulties encountered in the construction process of super high rise steel-concrete structure,summarizes and puts forward a variety of reasonable construction technology problems and the solutions and methods,which form the key points and key technologies of the main structure construction of steel reinforced concrete in this project.
