摘要
GRC构件是一种以耐碱玻璃纤维为增强材料、水泥砂浆为基体材料的纤维水泥复合材料。传统的GRC构件安装方法是将GRC构件中预埋的U形钢筋的端部剥离露出后,与打入墙内的膨胀螺栓外露部分通过焊接的简单方式固定于外墙面上,普遍存在连接强度不高、耐久性较差、操作不便等缺点。文章对传统安装工艺进行了改良和创新,采用型钢组合龙骨作为构件的受力龙骨支架替代传统的膨胀螺栓单点支撑,提高了构件安装的稳定性、耐久性,大幅度降低了GRC构件高空坠落的安全隐患,同时通过GRC构件、型钢组合龙骨的工厂预制,实现了装配化、工厂化生产、符合绿色施工的理念。
GRC component is a kind of fiber-cement composite material with alkali-resistant glass fiber as reinforcing material and cement mortar as matrix material.The traditional installation method of GRC component is to peel off the end of the u-shaped steel bar embedded in the GRC component and fix the exposed part of the expansion bolt into the wall on the external wall in a simple way of welding.Generally,there are disadvantages such as low connection strength,poor durability,inconvenient operation and so on.This paper improves and innovates the traditional installation process,and adopts the steel composite keel as the force keel support of the component to replace the single point support of the traditional expansion bolt,which improves the stability and durability of the component installation and greatly reduces the potential safety hazard of GRC component falling from high altitude.At the same time,through the factory prefabrication of GRC components and section steel composite keel,the assembly and factory production is realized,and it is in line with the concept of green construction.
