新冠肺炎期间地铁增强ATS列车运行调整功能的分析

Analysis on Operation Adjustment Function of Enhancing ATS Train During COVID-19

新冠肺炎疫情发生以来,调研国内部分地铁疫情期间列车运行调整情况,分析总结采取的措施,说明国内地铁ATS(列车自动监控系统)列车运行调整功能的不足,并针对ATS列车运行调整功能提出新的功能需求(实时自动地实现列车运行图的调整)。通过ATS系统与ISCS(综合监控系统)系统进行高度集成,搭建的TIAS(行车综合自动化系统)系统,实现统一的运营指挥,对比传统的ATS列车运行调整功能,TIAS系统可自动应对大客流、应急疏散、疫情封锁等场景,实现列车运行调整,高效、有序地完成地铁运营。

Starting from COVID-19 that broke out in China at the end of December 2019,this paper investigates the train operation adjustment during the epidemic situation in some domestic metro,analyzes and summarizes the measures taken,explains the deficiency of ATS(automatic train monitoring system)train operation adjustment function in China,and puts forward new functional requirements for the ATS train operation adjustment function(real-time automatic realization of train operation diagram adjustment).Through the high integration of ATS system and ISCS(integrated monitoring and control system)system,the TIAS(driving integrated automation system)system is built to realize unified operation command.Compared with the traditional operation adjustment function of ATS train,TIAS system can automatically deal with large passenger flow,emergency evacuation,epidemic situation blockade and other scenes,so as to realize the train operation adjustment,high efficiency and complete subway operation efficiently and orderly.
