Research on the Promotion Mechanism of Green Building Life Cycle in the Construction of Characteristic Town

"发展绿色低碳技术,建设生态特色小镇"是建筑产业供给侧结构性改革和新型城镇化未来发展的方向。以绿色建筑的全寿命周期为研究视角,通过构建增量成本和效益模型对绿色建筑的发展阶段进行划分,并对不同阶段的特征进行分析,提出在特色小镇建设中绿色建筑全寿命周期的推广机制。

"Developing green and low-carbon technology and building small town with ecological characteristic"is the development direction of supply-side structural reform and new urbanization of construction industry in the future.From the perspective of the whole life cycle of green building,this paper divides the development stages of green building by building incremental cost and benefit model,analyzes the characteristics of different stages,and proposes the promotion mechanism of the whole life cycle of green building in the construction of characteristic town.
