摘要 井下空压机组智能远程集中控制系统是集能源生产、消耗过程监控、能源管理为一体的自动化信息管理系统,保障能源介质“安全、稳定、经济”运行,提高能源动力系统的先进性和可靠性;系统应用西门子PLC、计算机组态软件、触摸屏及工业网络通讯技术将多台并网运行的空压机实现集中控制,可实现全自动运行,实现空压机房无人值守和远程操作;控制系统可以使各台空压机提高工作性能,在保证供气质量的前提下,实现最大限度的节能运行,保证各种保护有效可靠,延长空压机的使用寿命,节约企业能源消耗,提高企业生产效益。 The intelligent remote centralized control system of underground air compressor unit is an automatic information management system integrating energy production,consumption process monitoring and energy management to ensure energy medium"Safety,stability,economy"operation,improve the advanced and reliability of the energy power system;the system applies SIEMENS PLC,computer configuration software,touch screen and industrial network communication technology to realize centralized control of the air compressors connected to several networks,and can realize full automatic operation to realize the unmanned and remote operation of the air compressor room,and the control system can improve the air compressors of each unit.Working performance:under the premise of ensuring the quality of gas supply,it can realize the maximum energy-saving operation,ensure the effective and reliable protection,extend the service life of the air compressor,save energy consumption of the enterprise,and improve the production efficiency of the enterprise.
