摘要
湘竹钒矿是近十余年来在江西北部王音铺组黑色岩系发现的系列钒矿床之一。矿体赋存在王音铺组底部,呈层状产出。矿体走向延伸较稳定,控制长2000m,倾向最大延深218m,矿体平均厚度1.69m。V2O5平均品位0.84%。矿床成因属潮坪泻湖相沉积石煤(或炭质泥页岩)型钒矿床。本区主要的含钒层位是寒武系王音铺组底部含磷结核炭质泥岩或页岩层,含磷结核炭质泥岩或页岩层也是最明显的找钒标志层。
Xiangzhu vanadium deposit is one of a series of vanadium deposits discovered in the black rock series of wangyinpu formation in northern Jiangxi Province in the past ten years.The orebodies occur at the bottom of wangyinpu formation and occur in layers.The strike and extension of the ore body is stable,with a control length of 2000m,a maximum dip depth of 218m and an average thickness of 1.69m.The average grade of V2O5 is 0.84%.The genesis of the deposit belongs to Chaoping lagoon sedimentary stone coal(or carbonaceous shale)type vanadium deposit.The main vanadium bearing horizon in this area is carbonaceous mudstone or shale with phosphorus nodule at the bottom of Cambrian wangyinpu formation,which is also the most obvious indicator bed for vanadium exploration.
