摘要
冶金产生的粉状废弃物料回收利用率低,本文结合生产过程中炉料透气性差、炉结生成快、运行成本高、水碎渣有价金属波动大等实际问题,分析总结压团过程关键环节控制措施,改善团块质量,提升炉体运行效率,降低生产运行成本。
The recovery and utilization rate of powdery waste materials produced by metallurgy is low.In this paper,combined with the actual problems in the production process,such as poor permeability of furnace charge,rapid formation of furnace agglomerations,high operation cost,fluctuation of valuable metals in water crushed slag,etc.,the control measures of key links in briquetting process are analyzed and summarized,so as to improve the quality of pellets,improve the operation efficiency of furnace body and reduce the production and operation costs.
