摘要
钕铁硼生产过程中会产生大量废料,废料中含有较多稀土金属,对其进行回收与利用具有重要意义。本文首先以实验探究的方式,对钕铁硼废料中的稀土金属进行分离和提取,并且明确具体方法,如盐酸浸出法和硫化物沉淀法。其次,对废料中稀土金属回收利用过程进行介绍,最后研究影响稀土金属回收工艺应用效果的因素,以期为相关人员提供技术参考。
A large number of waste materials will be produced in the production of NdFeB,which contains more rare earth metals,so it is of great significance to recycle and utilize them.In this paper,the rare earth metals in NdFeB waste are separated and extracted by experiments,and the specific methods,such as hydrochloric acid leaching method and sulfide precipitation method,are defined.Secondly,the recycling process of rare earth metals in waste is introduced.Finally,the factors affecting the application effect of rare earth metal recovery process are studied,in order to provide technical reference for relevant personnel.
