摘要 沂南金矿101矿体的顶底板围岩属于软破岩体,对掘进巷道稳定性,开采工作人员及设备的安全有直接的影响。为提高作业安全系数,降低维护巷道成本,研究改进了掘进及支护方法,巷道的支护方案为喷锚喷支护方法,掘进凿岩爆破后,对巷道围岩进行速喷,然后施工端锚式树脂锚杆,最后进行喷浆作业支护方法,控制巷道顶板、底板及两帮的稳定性,解决了矿山生产难题。 The roof and floor surrounding rock of 101 ore body in Yinan Gold Mine belongs to soft broken rock mass,which has a direct impact on the stability of driving roadway and the safety of mining staff and equipment.In order to improve the safety factor of operation and reduce the maintenance cost of roadway,the excavation and support methods are studied and improved.The support scheme of roadway is shotcrete bolt shotcrete support method.After rock drilling and blasting,the surrounding rock of roadway is rapidly sprayed,and then the construction end is anchored with resin bolt.Finally,the shotcrete support method is used to control the stability of the roof,floor and two sides of the roadway,thus solving the difficulties in mine production Question.
