离子色谱在地质矿物快速测定中的应用

摘要 在以往的地质矿物快速测定中,由于未运用离子色谱进行离子交换平衡,导致地质矿物快速测定结果与实际相比存在较大误差。针对这一问题,提出离子色谱在地质矿物快速测定中的应用研究。通过选择离子色谱测定仪器,为离子色谱在地质矿物快速测定中的应用提供硬件支持;运用离子色谱的色谱柱,确定地质矿物离子色谱条件;通过离子交换平衡,为高压离子色谱提供交换剂,在淋洗液中添加分离柱填料,进一步提高检测仪器对地质矿物中金属离子的灵敏度;绘制地质矿物离子色谱图标准曲线,实现离子色谱在地质矿物快速测定中的应用。 In the past rapid determination of geological minerals,because ion chromatography was not used for ion exchange balance,the results of rapid determination of geological minerals had large errors compared with actual conditions.Aiming at this problem,the application research of ion chromatography in the rapid determination of geological minerals is proposed.By selecting ion chromatography measuring instruments,it provides hardware support for the application of ion chromatography in the rapid determination of geological minerals;using ion chromatography columns to determine ion chromatographic conditions for geological minerals;through ion exchange balance,it provides exchangers for high-pressure ion chromatography.The separation column packing is added to the eluent to further improve the sensitivity of the detection instrument to metal ions in geological minerals;the standard curve of ion chromatograms of geological minerals is drawn to realize the application of ion chromatography in the rapid determination of geological minerals.
