摘要
教育兴则乡村兴,在振兴乡村教育的众多努力中,海南省少数民族地区琼中黎族苗族自治县高田小学的田园课程实践取得显著成效。通过个别访谈、现场观察和文本分析等质性研究方法对高田小学田园课程实践的田野调查显示:创建蕴含丰富教育契机的田园基地,从国家课程田园化与特色校本课程两个路径开发与实施田园课程,不仅改变了校容校貌,初步实现了教育资源的均衡配置和适切利用,而且扩大了教育内容和方式,为儿童创设了更贴近自然的教育,更是促进了乡村教师个体的专业成长和教师群体精神面貌的改变、合作精神的培养、集体凝聚力的形成。
The rural flourishes when education flourishes.In the many efforts to revitalize rural education,the practice of pastoral curriculum in Gaotian Primary School in Qiongzhong Li and Miao autonomous County of Hainan Province has achieved remarkable results.Through the qualitative research methods such as individual interviews,on-site observation and text analysis,the investigation of the practice of pastoral curriculum in Gaotian Primary School shows that,the creation of pastoral base with rich educational meaning,the development and implementation of pastoral curriculums from the ruralizing of national curriculum and school-based curriculum two paths,not only changed the school appearance,realized the balanced allocation and appropriate utilization of education resources,but also expanded the content and methods of education,created a more natural education for children,most importantly,promoted the professional growth of individual teachers,the change of the spiritual outlook of rural teacher group,the cultivation of cooperative spirit and the formation of collective cohesion.
