摘要
我国已进入老龄化社会,预计老龄人口数量将在2050年左右达到峰值。同时我国延迟退休政策一旦实行,劳动者队伍中必将出现相当数量的60岁以上“低龄老年人”,再加上50岁以上不满60岁的老年劳动者,这部分老年劳动人口所面临的职业风险有别于中青年劳动人口。从老年劳动人口生理和心理特点出发,分析得出其特殊职业风险,进而提出对其进行劳动保护的有效措施。
China has entered an aging society,and it is estimated that the number of aging populations will peak around 2050.At the same time,once China’s delayed retirement policy is implemented,a considerable amount of“aged youth”over the age of 60 plus the elderly workers between the age of 50 to 60 will surely emerge in the workforce.The occupational risks of them are different from the young and middle-aged workforce.Based on the physiological and psychological characteristics of the elderly labor population,this paper analyzes and derives its special occupational risks,and then puts forward effective measures for labor protection.
