社会学视野下的中国英语教学研究综述

A Review of China’s English Teaching Research from the Perspective of Sociology

社会学为我国的英语教学研究提供了新路径,一些论者业已从纯粹的社会学理论视觉、社会语言学的视觉抑或影响英语教学的社会因素的视觉,做出了有益的尝试。但是,大多相关研究均浅尝辄止,未能挖掘出社会学关照下英语教学的深刻意蕴,为迷茫之中的中国英语教学指示继续前进的方向。

Sociology provides a new route for China’s English teaching research and some academicians have already made a beneficial attempt at this on the basis of pure sociological theories,sociolinguistics or social factors affecting English instruction.Most studies,however,merely dabble in the field without excavating the profound implication in English teaching guided by sociology,thus failing to give light to the further development of China’s English teaching.
