孤独症谱系障碍患儿主要照顾者家庭坚韧力的影响因素分析及其护理干预

Analysis of influencing factors affecting family resilience of main caregivers of children patients with autism spectrum disorder and its nursing intervention

目的探讨孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)患儿主要照顾者家庭坚韧力状况及其影响因素。方法选取2017年2月至2019年10月就诊的80名孤独症谱系障碍患儿及其主要照顾者为研究对象,通过问卷调查和家庭坚韧力量表、亲子压力量表获得相关资料,对主要照顾者家庭坚韧力的影响因素进行多元线性回归分析。结果本组患儿主要照顾者家庭坚韧力评分(39.39±5.76)分,亲子压力总分(97.67±12.32)分。ASD患儿主要照顾者家庭坚韧力的独立影响因素为主要照顾者文化程度、沟通能力、患儿疾病程度和亲子互动关系失调。结论护理人员要高度重视上述因素,采取有针对性的干预措施,提高ASD患儿主要照顾者家庭坚韧力,为ASD患儿家庭护理提供参考。

Objective To explore the family resilience and its influencing factors of the main caregivers of children patients with autism spectrum disorder(ASD).Methods We selected 80 cases of children patients with autism spectrum disorder and their main caregivers who visited the clinic from February 2017 to October 2019 as the study objects.The relevant data were obtained through questionnaire surveys,family resilience scales,and parent-child stress scales.The influencing factors of main caregivers’family resilience were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis method.Results The main caregivers of the children patients in this group had a family resilience score of(39.39±5.76)points and a total score of(97.67±12.32)points for parent-child stress.The independent influencing factors of the family resilience of the main caregivers of children patients with ASD were the educational level of the main caregivers,communication skills,the disease degree of the children patients and the imbalance of the parent-child interaction relationship.Conclusion Nursing staff should attach great importance to the above factors and adopt targeted intervention measures to improve the family resilience of the main caregivers of children patientswith ASD,and provide references for home care of children patients with ASD.
