Objective To explore the clinical effect of graded exercise rehabilitation based on virtual reality technology combined with cognitive function training on chronic heart failure(CHF)patients. Methods To select 97 cases of CHF patients admitted from October 2017 to September 2019 was set as the study objects, and they were divided into a study group of 48 cases and a control group of 49 cases according to the wishes of the patients. The control group performed routine cognitive function training, and the study group was given graded exercise rehabilitation based on virtual reality technology combined with cognitive function training on the basis of the control group to compare the heart function, cognitive function,6-min walking distance, and modified Barthel index score of CHF patients between the two groups after rehabilitation training. Results The heart function(LVEF,LVESD and LVEDD)in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The MoCA score,MBI score and 6 min walking distance in the study group were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of graded exercise rehabilitation based on virtual reality technology and cognitive function training in CHF patients can effectively enhance the patients'cardiac and cognitive functions, and improve their daily life functions and physical tolerance. Therefore,it has clinical application value.
