改良康复操在永久起搏器植入术后患者中的应用

Application of improved rehabilitation exercises in patients undergoing permanent pacemaker implantation

目的探讨改良康复操在永久起搏器植入术后患者中的应用效果。方法选择2018年7月至2019年6月64例永久起搏器植入患者为研究对象,按随机数字法等分为对照组和试验组,对照组采用常规护理,试验组患者行改良版康复操锻炼。术后4,12周采用肩关节疼痛和功能障碍指数(SPADI)评价两组患者肩关节疼痛、活动障碍情况,通过X线诊断起搏器电极脱位情况。采用起搏器生活质量测定量表(QLIPP,v1.0)评价患者的生活质量。结果术后4周两组SPADI比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后12周SPDAI比较试验组优于对照组(P<0.05);术后12周两组患者电极脱位发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组患者的生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论永久起搏器植入术后患者运用改良康复操锻炼,能提高康复训练效果,改善起搏器术后患者肩关节运动能力,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the application effect of improved rehabilitation exercises in patients undergoing permanent pacemaker implantation.Methods To select 64 cases of patients with permanent pacemaker implantation from July 2018 to June 2019 was set as the study objects,and they were divided into a control group and an experimental group according to the random number method.The control group received routine care,and the experimental group received improved rehabilitation exercises.At 4 and 12 weeks after operation,shoulder pain and disability index(SPADI)was used to evaluate shoulder joint pain and movement disorder of the two groups of patients,and the dislocation of the pacemaker electrode was diagnosed by X-ray.The quality of life instrument for patients with pacemaker(QLIPP,v1.0)was used to evaluate the living quality of patients.Results There was no significant difference in the SPADI between the two groups at 4 weeks after operation(P>0.05).The SPDAI in the experimental group was better than that in the control group at 12 weeks after operation(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of electrode dislocation between the two groups at 12 weeks after operation(P>0.05).The quality of life score in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of improved rehabilitation exercises in patients undergoing permanent pacemaker implantation can improve the effect of rehabilitation training,improve the shoulder joint movement ability of patients after pacemaker implantation,and improve the living quality of patients.
